As a Meridian Health Plan member you will continue to receive the services you currently get with your HFS or All Kids Medical Card. The following are additional benefits that Meridian Health Plan is offering to you and your family:
- No Co-Pays for Covered Services – Meridian Health Plan does not charge co-pays for any of its covered services. However, if you are enrolled in our health plan, you will have to pay pharmacy co-pays as required by the AllKids, FamilyCare and Moms and Babies programs.

- Enhanced Transportation - In addition to transportation to medical appointments, we offer free rides to the pharmacy, DME providers and WIC offices. To set up non-emergency transportation, you can call the transportation provider at 1-866-796-1165. Their office hours are Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The call center is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please schedule your transportation at least 48 hours in advance.
