What is the purpose of this service? 

WIC is a food assistance program for Women, Infants, and Children. It helps pregnant women, new mothers and young children eat well and stay healthy.

Family Case Management (FCM)

What is the purpose of this Service?

The Family Case Management Program (FCM) is a statewide program that helps income eligible clients with high-risk conditions who are pregnant, infants, or young children to obtain the health care services and other assistance they may need to have a healthy pregnancy and to promote the child's healthy development.

Family Planning

What is the purpose of this service?

Family Planning is a voluntary birth control program for low-income women and teens. The Family Planning program can give you information about birth control methods or the number and spacing of children, if and when you decide to become pregnant.
